Head of Tax (reporting to CFO), Crawley

This position represents a great opportunity to take your tax career to the next level, taking on a global Head of Tax role, reporting directly to the CFO. You will have a broad remit and will be responsible for the planning and supervision of tax matters relating to the group's operations across the world, including tax compliance, tax planning, transfer pricing, tax accounting and tax controversy. This position is stand-alone, so you will also need to be comfortable managing advisers and building robust relationships with tax authorities across a range of jurisdicitions.

You will need a good all-round skills set and the ability to operate closely with colleagues and stakeholders across a range of disciplines and levels. This is a complex organisation, involved in a wide range of projects across the world, so as well as a qualification and a strong technical background, you will need the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities efficiently and effectively.
