Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager or a junior Director in Employment Tax, for a Director position in their team, focused on Financial Services clients.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills and experience, and have a detailed up to date knowledge of employment tax issues, including:
• PAYE and NIC
• Benefits in kind
• Employee share schemes
• Personal service companies (IR35) and umbrella companies
• Employee benefit trusts
• Minimum Wage planning
• Experience of advising Financial Services Companies is beneficial, but not essential.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to work directly with partners, run their own accounts, and develop their own approach to the role. Partnership is available for the rigth candidate in short order, not least as a result of succession issues.
NB this role can be London -based, or indeed you can chose to use another of the firm's national offices as your HQ, although of course some client s will expect face to face meetings in London, so there will some travel.
