Your new company
A really exciting development in a well established local Practice has seen them merge with a well respected firm with multiple offices across the South of England. It has had a real energising effect on the business and given them direction and growth prospects that hadn't been there previously. IT savvy and modern in their approach, the new Accountancy Practice Manager will play a key part in this transition.
Your new role
You will manage a portfolio of clients, working with the rest of the team to ensure all their needs are met both from a technical compliance and advisory perspective. You will also champion the use of technology to support the accounting process and develop your team both from a technical and soft skill perspective.
As you would expect from modern accountancy, there is a heavy impetus placed on the ability to confidently deal with clients, build long term relationships and add value to the firms offering.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be ACA/ACCA qualified, due to the partnership opportunity, with Practice Accountancy experience at a portfolio management level. You should also be comfortable with cloud accounting software. This really will suit someone with a desire for operational and strategic responsibility.
