Personal Tax Supervisor, Tyne & Wear

This professional services firm has grown impressively in the past five years and works closely with a diverse client base, assisting in fields such as taxation, audit, accounts, corporate finance and insolvency services.

The personal tax team is looking to hire a capable Personal Tax Supervisor who can oversee the department’s compliance work, provide tax advice to some of the firm’s clients, assist with tax planning, profit extraction, and assisting the tax manager and also the head of department with ad hoc assignments too.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 clients, made up of OMBs, company directors and llps.

A confident communicator, both in writing and in person, you will enjoy attending client meetings and building excellent professional relationships.

You will be a strong tax technician and very familiar with handling client work that involves company directors, partnerships, Trusts and Estates, Landlords and Non-Residents, as well as a sound knowledge of CGT and IHT.
