Tax Director - PE M&A

A boutique consultancy firm is sourcing for a Director who have concrete Partner aspirations to joining its growing Tax Practice.

This role is part of its 5 year strategic plan and is confident in continuing to interview and hire talented people during the Covid Crisis.

The firm is looking for a talented M&A PE Tax Practitioner who will have the confidence to work hand in hand with the M&A Team to aid erode leading advisor market share. The firm works with leading clients like KKR, Cinven, Mayfair, Blackstone to name a few. The firms vision is to provide buy and sell side tax advice to these type of client.

The role will be to :

Leading transactions through the whole deal life cycle from origination to completion and post deal support.

Provision of international tax structuring, tax due diligence, implementation, funds flow and deal execution advice and support in relation to M&A, corporate reorganisations, IPOs, exits and financing's.

Adviser to PE on cash repatriation to investors and fund investment.

This role will require an individual with confidence in their personal brand, strong client relationship capability and confident in the firms unique USP, which offers a credible alternative to the market .
