International Tax Manager (12 months contract) - home working at start of contract

International Tax Manager job requires an experienced Corporate Tax Manager who has managed International Tax affairs, for this tax job in London.

Joining an in-house tax function for a household brand, this International Tax Manager job will begin in early August for a 12 months period.

The focus of the role is on compliance management: managing the UK corporate tax compliance which is completed in-house; working with the outsourced provider for the US compliance; and working with the Financial Controllers in other jurisdictions for local filings.

From an advisory aspect, duties will be focused on applying transfer pricing policy; advising on an international joint venture; and acquisitions the company makes.

To be considered for this role you must have UK corporate tax compliance management experience and have a strong understanding of international tax issues. You will be available to start this position in early August and to commit to the 12 months duration.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, this role will be interviewed via video link and on-boarded remotely. It will therefore require working from home until the office opens, after which there will be a phased move to the office with some continuation of working from home.
