Senior International Tax Role, PE backed HQ, Central London, to £105k + bonus

A new role has come to the market for a Senior International Tax role working for an ambitious and growing PE backed group headquartered in London. The role is purely advisory and project led, reporting to the Head of Tax and Treasury and working as part of a small senior team. You will be providing support on acquisitions, disposals and group reorganisations; advising on tax efficient funding and cash repatriation strategies and taking ownership over the global transfer pricing strategy.

The Group has proved to be robust and envisages an uptick in transactional activity later this year. As such they are keen to move quickly in order for the successful candidate to be on board and adding value at that time.

You will be operating at the Senior Manager / Director level and have experience of International tax and M&A and operating either in, or on behalf of multinational groups.
