A highly skilled experienced Manager or relatively junior Senior Manager is needed to spearhead the firm's services to asset managers in private equity, real estate, debt, hedge fund and investment tax matters. As a qualified (ACA/ATT/CTA) tax advisor, you will use your effective communication and collaboration skills to:
* Combine the efforts of diverse teams to provide bespoke tax insight,
* Work with M&A and Real Estate specialists to give expert advice on the tax implications of complex transactions,
* Supervise the team by reviewing tax reporting schedules and contributing to wider growth and development.
To perform these duties, you will have a history of creatively leading similar tax projects. With a technical knowledge of investment management legislation and operations, your expertise will be supported by a high performing team in an ambitious environment.
