You will be supporting the Head of Tax in managing the international tax affairs of this global group. You will partner with the business and provide international tax input on projects and growth plans. Support on international M&A activity, including due diligence, financing, structuring and support on the tax considerations of international growth. Assist with managing relationships with outside tax consultants and regulatory authorities on an ongoing basis
Provide advice to the global business on relevant new tax legislation with support from external advisers. Ensure compliance with UK and cross border tax laws in conjunction with the global Finance teams including transfer pricing, local files, withholding tax and the EU mandatory disclosure regime.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of international tax advisory experience within the accountancy profession and/or in industry, preferably a multinational corporation. You will be ACA and/or CTA qualified ideally possessing UK tax compliance experence in conjuction with international tax expsoure. The job requires excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the group.
