M&A Tax Senior Manager, Manchester

This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading specialist tax team at a Big 4 firm in Manchester. The Mergers and Acquisitions tax team advises both corporate clients and private equity houses on all aspects of transaction work including providing tax structuring advice and undertaking tax due diligence. You will take the lead on M&A projects working closely with colleagues in corporate finance and transaction services and also liaise with other specialists throughout the firm (both UK and internationally) so strong communication skills are an essential part of the role. Ideally you will be an ACA / CTA qualified M&A Tax specialist operating at either Manager level (looking for promotion) or Senior Manager level. An excellent remuneration package and prospects for future development add to the attraction of this role.
