The calibre of the client base is quite exceptional and includes UHNW, many of whom have international aspects to their wealth. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for a range of compliance review work and advisory. The firm can bespoke the role to suit an experienced manager looking for a promotion move or a senior manager wanting to combine high quality and interesting work with increased responsibility and the opportunity to help shape the direction of the team.

The right attributes are strong technical know how coupled with the ability to liaise comfortably with clients and the other members of the practice. As well as client work, you will playa key role in managing and mentoring the more junior members of the team to ensure that they are achieving their full potential. You will be similarly mentored by the senior management team who will be ultimately focussing on your case to achieve director and beyond.
