International VAT Accountant - 6 months, to £300 per day

International VAT compliance job in London requires an experienced VAT Accountant, VAT Assistant Manager or VAT Manager, for this international VAT return preparation job.

Joining a VAT team who are innovative and on the pulse with the wider business and commercial activities, this role is for a circa. 6 months period, and could go on longer.

Key duties will involve:

* Taking ownership of a range of countries covering Europe and other global regions.
* Preparing VAT returns, EC Sales Listing and Intrastat returns.
* Working closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
* Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet VAT accounts.

To be considered for this role you will have VAT preparation experience, ideally having covered different countries, and you will be in the UK and available to start a role at short notice.
