Tax Partner - Head of Financial Services

Pure is working exclusively to appoint Financial Services Tax Partner who will take a leading role for one of the UK's fastest growing practices. The role will offer equity, an existing client base and the foundation and support to further develop a already successful offering and build a Partner group.

My client works across Capital Markets, Fin-techs, Wealth & Asset Management and PE clients. The partner will also have the the opportunity to work with large multinationals through to mid-tier clients.

The role would suit a individual who is working in FS Tax (which could be banking, capital markets or International Tax) who has experience of managing large teams and building business both internal and externally. The chosen individual will have a say the firms strategy and work closely with the Head of Practice and Tax.

Further duties will include:

* Developing key client relationships through exceptional client service and support and manage the team on tax projects.
* Drive new business and client engagement activities.
* Leverage from and build internal relationships to further develop the FS offering.
* Act as a people leader and support/encourage team development working in a collaborative manner.

This is an equity Partner role and my client will offer a substantial level of remuneration.
