Director Statutory Accounts, (based in UK, US or Europe)

A leading Advisory firm is sourcing for an experienced Director to lead Multi-national, multi-disciplinary compliance engagements in their key service line of Managed Services.
This role requires significant experience with a service provider providing international compliance services, such as sourcing, outsourcing and shared services, with strong emphasis on Accounting and cross functional project management.
Statutory accounts are delivered to their clients through a delivery model that optimizes a combination of local team resources, global/regional specialists and a Global Delivery Centre network whilst leveraging their global technology platform.

To facilitate the growth of this offering globally, the firm is looking for a global lead to work with the service line leadership to set the strategy related to global statutory accounting preparation and oversee and be responsible for the overall execution of that strategy with the assistance of the global team.

• This is a client facing role so this will involve working with the member firm engagement leader and clients on all matters relating to statutory accounting.
• Contribute to the further development of the global delivery model for statutory accounting as well as developing technology requirements.
• Assist our Global Delivery Centre as they scale the business of centralised preparation of statutory financial statements by identifying the opportunities.
• Work closely with the global delivery team to ensure quality deliverables.

This is a substantial role (Global level) for an individual with exceptional statutory accounts experience, who is looking for a step up and the opportunity to take ownership and control of the strategy for this service line across UK, EU and US. You will report Head of this area in the US.
