Your new firm
Your new firm is a well known, established and growing Top 100 accountancy practice with offices based across the North West. They have a brilliant reputation in North West, with a real focus on providing excellent services to their clients and looking after their people. The firm provides a range of services including Tax, Audit, Advisory, Corporate finance, Specialist VAT advisory, business recovering and business funding. Due to recent workload they are looking for a strong Tax Manager to join their Manchester office.
Your new role
Due to recent growth in the Manchester office, this firm on now looking for a Tax Manager who can focus mainly on providing due diligence services for a number of large scale deals. The corporate finance team is winning a lot of work in this area, meaning they need someone who has specialist transaction experience who help with advising on tax implications. In this role you will have a lot of autonomy, taking a lead on a number of key transactions from a tax perspective for the firm. You will also get the opportunity to build and grow a wider team around you.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to come from a strong tax background, being CTA qualified or have substantial tax experience. You need to be experienced when it comes to tax due diligence having worked across a number of key tax areas.
