Dutch speaking Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager - Hoofddorp

Our client, a leading Top 10 global firm is looking to grow their International Transfer Pricing practice run out of Hoofddorp! They recently brought on board an exceptionally high performing ex Big 4 Director to build their team, in the last 2 years they've brought on board over 13 nationalities to the team. Their main focus is on local Netherlands based projects but they also work on international projects across Benelux and Switzerland where no TP teams exist.

What they're looking for: an ambitious Dutch speaking Manager or Senior Manager who wants to become a client facing and revenue generating specialist. Alongside strong technical TP skills they role would focus on developing interpersonal skills and revenue generation, not purely on new clients but also growing the existing clients.

Why is this rare? It's because most firms especially where TP is well established (internally and externally) likely won't be able to offer Managers or Senior managers this amount of client contact and type of development. The obvious benefits to this role is focussed training and development to prepare your skills for Partnership in the next 5 - 6 years.
