Senior Manager - Private Equity

A leading firm is sourcing for a Senior Manager or Director (signing rights) to join their growing Funds Practice. As a qualified CTA/ACA from a practice firm or a inhouse firm, you will be pivotal at:

Leading a portfolio of clients across the Asset Management and Alternatives space across all asset classes (private equity and venture capital funds, hedge funds, debt funds and real estate and infrastructure funds)
You will oversee a team responsible for the delivery of large tax compliance and tax reporting engagements, including
- corporation tax compliance, non-resident landlord returns and partnership tax compliance for large international groups, asset and investment managers, hedge funds and private equity funds
- various group compliance filings such as country by country reporting notification filings, corporate interest restriction returns and notification requirements and group allowance allocation statements for submission to HMRC
- detailed stand-alone company and consolidated tax notes for inclusion within the financial statements (prepared under UK GAAP and IFRS) and responsible for the delivery of tax audits within the asset management sector, including the audit of financial statement tax disclosures, uncertain tax positions and the implementation and reasonableness of advice given by other tax advisers.

This is ideal for a person who loves the PE sector, have a strong robust risk and controls mindset and enjoys engaging and working with a complex client through their Tax compliance management.
You will have a robust team for delivery so this person will be a key relationship manager whilst having a mind on process improvements, the use of effective tech to delivery on time and be a bridge in ensuring any advisory projects consider the impact on the core business and its compliance obligations.
