A leading firm is souring for a talented UK Tax qualified individual looking to specialise in the Private Equity Tax market. If you current have experience all UK OMBs but find it too simply and now want to stretch your scope to complex Partnerships/Corporates across UK, EU and US this is a brilliant opportunity.

What will you gain:
Identification of tax risks associated with changes in international tax landscape, scrutinising how this may impact both current and prospective clients.
Gained extensive experience in investor reporting, particularly working with clients in meeting their UK offshore funds and Private Equity tax reporting obligations – selected for key projects based in Luxembourg and Miami.
Preparation and review of UK Partnership and Corporate tax compliance, such as tax returns and computations. This is mainly review as it is supported by an exceptional offshored team.
You will work alongside Tax advisory team and who deliver on global investment transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring and refinancing for private equity, pension, infrastructure and real estate funds.
Your role is absolute key in spotting any "advisory" issues which occurs and are spotted through the compliance process.
