The Global Fiscal Policy team is dedicated to supporting clients worldwide in navigating complex fiscal challenges. From conducting in-depth policy analysis to offering technical assistance, who collaborate with international organisations, businesses, and government departments. Their work addresses critical issues, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations, reflecting their commitment to sustainable development.

Our client is seeking a high-performing Manager or Senior Manager with expertise in tax administration, fiscal policy, public financial management, or economics. As a Manager, you'll contribute to client projects, manage teams, and foster business growth. As a Senior Manager, you'll take on additional responsibilities such as leading business development initiatives and guiding team development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with stakeholders and clients to provide expert guidance
* Lead and manage projects and project teams effectively
* Utilize strong analytical and written skills to deliver impactful solutions

Essential Skills:

* Demonstrable expertise in tax administration, fiscal policy, or public financial management
* Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and project management
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in working with numbers
* Ability to tackle complex tasks and deliver results efficiently
* Relevant professional experience in the public or private sector

Desirable Skills and Experience:

* Experience in a finance ministry, Treasury, or tax/revenue authority
* Proficiency in economic modelling, econometrics, or data analysis
* Knowledge of ESG principles and their application in tax and fiscal policies
* Background in tax policy, tax administration, or accounting
* Fluency in Arabic is advantageous
* Tertiary qualification in economics, finance, public policy, or related field
