Tax Manager

The Role

A UK based and internationally expanding financial services organisation is looking for a Tax Manager to join their London-based tax team. Reporting directly to the Tax Director, the primary focus of the role will be Tax Advisory, mainly relating to UK Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transfer Pricing. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager looking to make a step up into a Manager level position for a growing Financial Services business.

Responsibilities

* Working closely with the Finance team in London to technically support on a variety of tax matters including:

* Corporate tax
* VAT
* Transfer Pricing

* Corporate Tax Compliance
* Tax Advisory for International Tax Teams
* Transaction support across the EMEA region
* Provide support on new and complex tax matter (e.g Pillar two/ATAD III)
* Provide assistance on other Tax and Finance related ad-hoc projects

Required Experience

* ACA/CPA/CTA qualification
* At least 4-5 years' experience within the Tax space
* Strong understanding of Tax related policies and regulations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Excel
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Ability to create and maintain relationships
