Your new role
As a Personal Tax Senior, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, potentially up to 250, ranging from HNWIs to company directors and other diverse cases, acting as the main point of contact, developing relationships, and delivering a quality compliance service across self assessment, P11d's, and other areas. You'll create individual tax returns and review the work of more junior employees, offering direction and support as needed. While the function is primarily focused on compliance, there will be increased opportunities for involvement in planning and advisory project work, as well as opportunities for career development and promotion for career-minded tax professionals, with a clear path to Assistant Manager/Manager levels.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ATT and/or CTA qualified, studying for qualification, or have considerable expertise in personal tax compliance earned as a Personal Tax Senior in an accountancy firm. You will have previous experience providing personal tax services to a variety of clients and be eager to further your tax career within a reputable Bristol firm where you may advance and build your tax career.
What you'll get in return
Circa £44,000 - £52,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable with benefits.
