Senior International Tax Manager - MNC, London, to £120k

A renowned multinational corporation is seeking a Senior International Tax Manager for their office in London.

Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and prepare comprehensive Transfer Pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and specific country documentation.
● Implement and manage operational transfer pricing strategies.
● Improve processes to enable consistent TP adjustments at the entity level.
● Work closely with accounting to complete TP calculations for both the Group and individual entities.
● Streamline inter-company loan processes with accounting.
● Evaluate thin capitalization situations and refine the debt-to-equity ratios of entities.
● Investigate ways to reduce corporate interest limitations.
● Handle foreign exchange risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
● Support and validate inter-company interest rates.
● Oversee the management of Group withholding taxes.
● Conduct global tax audits.
● Provide assistance for mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence activities.
● Identify potential risks, suggest mitigation strategies, and offer recommendations.
● Partner with Legal to scrutinize and annotate Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), and evaluate the best acquisition structures or pre-sale arrangements.
● Collaborate with reporting and compliance teams to analyse the Effective Tax Rate (ETR) for business projections.
● Ensure that legal contracts uphold business operations and meet transfer pricing standards.
● Supervise external advisors in the preparation and filing of US Federal and State tax returns.
● Oversee the preparation of local tax returns and coordinate with internal accounting for accurate reporting.
● Manage any tax audits at the US Local, State, or Federal levels.

Qualifications:

● Must be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or possess an equivalent qualification.
● Experience in Transfer Pricing, International Tax, tax planning, and M&A Tax.
