About the Role:

The Tax Manager role involves both compliance and advisory services. Working closely with Senior Managers and team members, the successful candidate will assess complex situations, provide expert advice, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Qualifications and Attributes:

* ATT/CTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Previous experience at Assistant Manager/Manager level in private client tax
* Expertise in working with non-UK domiciled individuals
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage a client portfolio and meet deadlines
* Keen attention to detail and accuracy
* Desirable: Experience with US tax connections and offshore trust matters

Responsibilities:

* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Developing relationships within the wider practice
* Managing a client portfolio and addressing all related issues
* Mentoring and developing junior staff
* Reviewing and signing off tax returns
* Coordinating with management on workflow and staffing
* Participating in decision-making processes
