Are you a talented Tax Associate ready to take the next step in your legal career? A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join their highly regarded tax practice in London. This role offers a wide breath of work as well as a clear path to partnership
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of high-profile and complex tax matters, including:
* Corporate tax advisory and transactional support (M&A, joint ventures, restructurings)
* Cross-border tax planning and structuring
* Real estate and finance-related tax matters
* Advising multinational clients across a variety of sectors
You'll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team that works closely with other departments and international offices, offering exposure to a truly global client base.
Requirement
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4-7 years' PQE in tax law
* Strong experience in corporate tax, ideally gained at a leading law firm would be ideal or a Big Four environment
* Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* A proactive, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
