Equity Reward & Share Schemes Tax Manager

Are you a share schemes specialist looking for a new challenge?

A unique opportunity has arisen to join this growing team in this newly created position. You role will see you working primarily with privately owned businesses, supporting them with their share schemes tax compliance and advisory work. Day to day your responsibilities will include:

* Reviewing and producing written reports on the tax implications of various employment related share ownership situations Drafting EMI, CSOP and non-tax advantaged share option scheme documentation
* Calculating the personal and corporate tax implications in connection with employee share ownership
* Reviewing annual Employment Related Securities returns and providing advice thereon
* Drafting fiscal valuations for the purposes of tax-advantaged share schemes or meeting PAYE liabilities
* Researching legislation, including providing technical analysis on the tax treatment on various share incentive arrangements and the impact new legislation may have on clients.
* Managing and training the more junior members of the Equity Reward team

This role could be based in either London or Bristol. The majority of the team are based in the latter office however the most senior individuals regularly travel to London and that location is considered a present a key growth opportunity for them as it is where many of their clients are based however they don't currently have anyone physically on the ground.

There is ample opportunity to progress as the team believe there is ample, untapped revenue streams within their existing network which the right individual can capitalise on, with support, to grow their portfolio.
