R&D Tax Senior Manager

I am currently working with a leading boutique R&D firm currently seeking an R&D Senior Manager to join their growing firm. This is a market-leading, innovative firm with a wide range of clients from the FTSE 100 to SMEs, offering cutting-edge projects and the opportunity for you to be at the forefront of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of large, complex clients with a focus on innovation incentive advice
* Lead complex R&D tax claim preparation and advisory services
* Provide support for HMRC enquiries, disputes and settlements
* Contribute to full claim review, due diligence and bespoke innovation strategy projects
* Be at the forefront of winning new business for the firm
* Deliver tailored solutions to enhance clam value, efficiency and risk management
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a high level of quality to your portfolio

The candidate:

* ACA or CTA qualified
* 5+ years of experience in R&D tax for large businesses
* Experience working in a practice
* Strong relationship-building skills with complex organisations
* Entrepreneurial, proactive and motivated individual
* Team player with a passion for business growth
