M&A Tax Manager job, International Tax Manager job, requires an M&A Tax Manager or International Tax Manager to work in this in-house interim tax job.
Joining a highly reputable business and reporting to the Head of Tax, the focus of this 6 months interim tax job is to manage multiple M&A transactions from a tax perspective. Working from tax due diligence through to completion and post completion restructuring, the M&A Tax Manager will liaise with advisers and other corporate divisions, on the transactions. In addition, responsibilities will include working on other restructuring projects and supporting the reporting and compliance team.
Due to the multiple jurisdictions the company operates in, this role requires an experienced International Tax Manager who can focus on M&A projects and who has worked through the cycle of a transaction previously. Communication is highly important in being able to liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, along with project management experience in order to work on different transactions at different stages of the deal cycle.
Commencing in August, this interim tax job requires 2 days per week in the office with the remainder of the working week to be worked from home.
