Assistant Manager - Deals Tax
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join the Deals Tax team of a highly respected advisory firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA or CTA professional looking to transition into a commercially focused, advisory-led environment.
The role offers exposure to a wide range of high-profile transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tax advice on a variety of corporate transactions, including due diligence and structuring
* Support senior team members in delivering high-quality client solutions
* Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Legal, and other advisory teams
* Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
Candidate Profile:
* Newly qualified ACA / CTA (or equivalent)
* Solid grounding in UK corporate tax
* Strong commercial awareness and interest in deals and transactions
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
