You'll need to manage both upwards and downwards, with junior development being a key part of the role.
If you currently work in global mobility tax at Assistant Manager or Manager level at a Big 4 or Tier A firm, and want to broaden your experience and avoid being pigeonholed, then this could be the ideal role for you.
