A leading firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its rapidly growing Employment Tax team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leading complex advisory projects and contributing to strategic initiatives across a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver employment tax advisory projects, including IR35, employment status, PAYE health checks, and payroll governance.
* Provide commercially focused advice and help clients implement practical solutions.
* Manage client relationships and support business development activities.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members.
* Stay current with evolving tax legislation and communicate updates to clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across tax, immigration, and mobility services.
Requirements:
* Strong technical background in Employment Tax.
* Professional qualifications such as ACA, ATT, CTA, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a Big 4 or Tier A firm is preferred.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
* A proactive approach to leadership and client service.
