Your new role
* Manage a diverse portfolio of global mobility tax clients
* Provide compliance and consulting services to HR, Finance, and C-suite professionals
* Lead and deliver tax projects, resolving client queries
* Ensure delivery of technically excellent and high-quality work
* Coach and mentor junior team members
* Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong experience in global mobility tax
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver technical advice
* ATT and/or CTA qualifications desirable but not essential
* Proactive, client-focused approach with leadership capabilities
