Your responsibilities as a International Tax Senior Manager]/b]
As an International Tax Manager, you’ll advise clients on complex cross-border projects including market expansion, reorganisations, operating model redesign, financing optimisation, and managing global tax law changes such as BEPS.

Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively identifying and winning new work, and ensuring the successful delivery of technically complex international tax projects with a practical, business-focused approach. You will take responsibility for the overall quality of client service, generate leads from across the wider practice, and build valuable networks both internally and externally. In addition, you will play a significant role in managing and developing junior staff, providing effective coaching and mentoring, and contributing to the wider strategic and operational management of the team.

Requirements
We’re looking for a commercially aware International Tax professional with strong UK and international tax expertise. You’ll be client-focused, an excellent communicator, and confident in building relationships, managing projects, and delivering high-quality work under pressure. With proven experience in business development and team leadership, you’ll bring strong technical knowledge, sound judgement, and the ability to innovate and adapt. Professional qualifications such as ATT, ACA, CA, CTA (or equivalent) are preferred, along with experience managing teams or mentoring junior colleagues.
