Your responsibilities as an International Tax Manager
As part of the International Tax team, you will work on a wide range of projects supporting clients in developing and executing their global tax strategies. This could include advising on expansion into new markets, pre- and post-transaction reorganisations, legal structure rationalisation, operating model redesign, optimisation of capital structures and financing, intellectual property ownership and reliefs, as well as helping clients manage risks arising from global tax law changes such as BEPS.
You will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional levels of client service, and play an active role in spotting opportunities, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to business development by supporting both existing and new client wins.
Requirements
We’re looking for a corporate tax professional with proven advisory experience, ideally with exposure to international tax projects. You’ll bring strong technical skills, hold or be working towards a qualification such as ATT, ACA, CA or CTA. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively as part of a team.
Experience in project management, including planning, prioritising, meeting deadlines, and managing budgets, will also be key to your success in this role.
