A UK Chartered Accountancy firm with a dedicated US tax division is growing its UK/US cross-border private client practice and is hiring an Associate UK/US Tax Director (or Senior Manager) to take ownership of this service line. This fully remote (UK-based) role is a key strategic hire for the business.
This person will sit across both the UK and US tax departments, own the client relationship, and oversee the delivery of high-quality, integrated UK/US private client work. The client base is expanding through the firm’s combined market approach, serving individuals with dual UK and US tax filing requirements.
Acting as the single point of contact for clients, the Associate Director will coordinate delivery between both teams. Their focus will be on review, oversight and advisory, supported by experienced preparation teams in both the UK and the US.
Working closely with senior leadership, this is a strategic, client-facing position centred on technical expertise, leadership and delivery – rather than hands-on compliance.
The firm operates in the space between smaller compliance boutiques and the large accountancy firms, offering technically strong cross-border tax advice delivered in a more personal and agile way.

Qualifications:
● EA and ATT or CTA qualified, with experience in US expat forms (1040, 2555, 1116, 5471, 3520/3520-A, etc.)
