The Role:

* Lead VAT compliance and advisory projects across a varied client base
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic growth
* Mentor junior team members and support group development
* Identify opportunities for additional services and business development

What You'll Bring:

* Strong UK VAT experience and technical knowledge
* CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven ability to manage client portfolios and deliver high-quality work
* Confidence in liaising with HMRC and senior client contacts
* A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
