General Practice Manager

Your new role
You'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, overseeing the preparation and review of accounts to ensure high standards ahead of partner review. The role involves resolving accounting, tax, and VAT queries, managing workflow to meet deadlines, and exceeding client expectations. You'll also play a key part in mentoring junior staff, supporting their development, and maintaining strong client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed

* ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
* Proven experience managing a broad portfolio of clients
* Experience leading, coaching, or supervising others
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
