This is a fantastic opportunity to join a socially driven organisation committed to creating positive change in communities across North Wales. Guided by the values of Trust, Kindness, and Hope, this organisation provides quality homes and services that make a real difference to people's lives. As part of the growing Finance team, you'll join a collaborative, purpose-led environment where your expertise will help shape the future of our organisation.

Your new role

We're looking for an experienced finance professional to join us as a Tax and Treasury Manager on a 4-month fixed-term contract. In this hands-on and strategic role, you'll lead the management of our funding portfolio and oversee tax compliance across the group.

Working closely with the Head of Finance and colleagues across the business, you'll:

* Manage and inspire the Treasury and Income Teams, promoting a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement
* Oversee all funding arrangements, including drawdowns, repayments, covenants, and security documentation
* Support new debt and refinancing projects, maintaining strong relationships with lenders and advisors
* Manage day-to-day cashflow and forecasting, ensuring funds are available when needed
* Maintain and develop financial models (including BRIXX) to support long-term planning
* Ensure compliance with all relevant tax legislation and reporting requirements
* Provide clear, timely insight and advice to inform decision-making

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

* Strong experience in treasury management, cashflow forecasting, and tax compliance, ideally within a complex, multi-entity organisation
* A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA) or equivalent professional experience
* Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and confidence in managing risk
* Familiarity with financial modelling tools (such as BRIXX) would be an advantage

What you'll get in return

This organisation believes people perform their best when they feel valued, supported, and inspired. Alongside the opportunity to make a real social impact, you'll benefit from:

* Pension contributions up to 8%
* Flexible hybrid working (typically two days a week in the office)
* Generous annual leave entitlement (pro-rata for the contract duration)
* Health and wellbeing support, including access to an Employee Assistance Programme
* Commitment to learning and development, with access to in-house and external training
* A supportive, inclusive culture that lives our values of Trust, Kindness, and Hope
