Your new role

As a Private Client Tax Advisory Manager, you'll join a specialist team providing personal tax advisory services to a diverse client base, including business owners, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals. This role focusses on building strong relationships and delivering pragmatic, holistic advice.

* Reviewing tax reports prepared by junior team members
* Managing WIP analysis and billing processes
* Ensuring files meet quality standards for QCR purposes
* Liaising with HMRC on client matters
* Supporting partners with advisory projects such as shareholder profit extraction, succession planning, and relocation strategies
* Identifying opportunities for business development across tax and other service lines

What you'll need to succeed

* A relevant professional qualification (CTA or equivalent experience)
* Extensive experience in personal tax services
* Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
* Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions
* Experience identifying business development opportunities
* Familiarity with CCH Central for personal tax (advantageous)
