The Role
As an Employment Tax Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients, lead projects, and provide expert advice on a wide range of employment tax matters. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and support the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality employment tax consultancy services, including payroll, HMRC compliance reviews, IR35, expenses and benefits, termination payments, and PAYE Settlement Agreements.
* Manage multiple assignments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities to add value.
* Research technical issues and present findings clearly.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to resolve queries and share knowledge.
About You
* ATT qualified (or equivalent experience); CTA qualification desirable.
* Strong technical knowledge of employment tax and proven advisory experience.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Commercially aware, proactive, and committed to continuous development.
