Global Mobility Tax Assistant Manager

A leading global consultancy is expanding it's Global Mobility team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them navigate the complexities of international workforce deployment and compliance.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll advise clients on international mobility strategies, manage key relationships, and contribute to broader talent mobility projects. You'll be empowered to shape your own career path, supported by a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Advise clients on international work arrangements and tax implications.
* Manage client engagements and deliver high-quality tax services.
* Collaborate across service lines to provide holistic mobility solutions.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
* Support business development through market insights and networking.

To succeed, you will need:

* UK tax-return preparation/review experience.
* Strong understanding of relevant tax legislation (e.g. Statutory Residence Test, double tax treaties).
* ATT or equivalent qualification (CTA support available).
* Experience in a professional services or in-house mobility/private client role.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
