Tax Manager, In-house -Cheshire

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a successful and rapidly growing business. This is a newly created role within an established and highly regarded tax team due to increasing complexity across the group.
A broad role offering exposure to a range of corporate tax matters with exposure to high-profile projects and transactions

• Managing and reviewing corporate tax compliance across the group
• Supporting transactions, restructurings and strategic projects, working closely with senior stakeholders
• Preparing high-quality tax technical papers and reports
• Researching and advising on new overseas jurisdictions, supporting international expansion
• Assisting with tax planning initiatives and risk management

You will be a motivated and technically strong tax professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, ACA / CTA / ACCA (or equivalent) with strong experience in UK corporate tax, gained in practice and/or industry.

Either a first or 2nd move from a large accounting from or another in-house team. Plenty of scope to develop this role into a more senior position within the Group.
