As a Real Estate Tax Assistant Manager, you will:
* Deliver tax advisory services on complex real estate transactions, including REIT structuring and M&A deals.
* Advise clients on tax implications for property investments and disposals.
* Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional advisory work.
* Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
What We're Looking For
* ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong corporate tax knowledge.
* Previous experience in real estate Tax or M&A Tax is desirable, but we will also consider candidates from a corporate tax background with a genuine interest in the property sector.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
