Interim Group Tax Manager job requires an experienced Group Tax Manager who can operate in a stand alone tax capacity.
Providing tax advice to a global business, the interim Group Tax Manager will cover the period of a permanent recruitment process making it an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned tax professional seeking a high‑profile interim assignment.
Key responsibilities will involve:
* Provide tax guidance on projects and transactions.
* Review commercial and legal contracts to advise on tax implications.
* Business partner across all jurisdictions.
* Oversee global tax compliance, including reviewing corporate income tax, VAT and withholding tax returns prepared by outsourced providers.
* Establish and maintain a strong tax governance and control framework, reporting regularly to the Finance Director, CFO, and senior leadership.
To be considered for this position it is required to have a strong international tax experience including M&A activity, and to have worked at a senior level previously, preferably in a stand alone or small team capacity.
Commencing ASAP, the position is for 4-6 months and requires commitment to the duration of the contract.
