Key Responsibilities

* Design and deliver equity incentive and share plan solutions for clients across a broad range of industries.
* Keep up to date with technical, functional, and market developments and share insights across the team.
* Support business development activities, including proposal input and client presentations.
* Lead complex, high‑profile consulting projects, ensuring both technical excellence and pragmatic commercial advice.
* Build, maintain, and strengthen trusted client relationships.
* Spot opportunities to deepen client engagements and contribute to account growth.
* Proactively identify and manage risks and issues on engagements.
* Structure and oversee projects and programmes to ensure delivery exceeds expectations.

Skills & Experience Needed

* Significant experience in equity incentives / share plans within consultancy, legal, or corporate environments or experience in strong UK expatriate tax technical experience gained in a professional services environment.
* Strong personal impact, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven business development experience - identifying, developing, and converting opportunities.
* Strong project management capability and a track record of delivering high‑quality output.
* Adaptable, tech‑curious mindset with openness to change.
* Credible, professional, and confident in providing deep technical expertise.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including data‑driven insights and practical solutions.
* Focused on delivery excellence, ensuring projects meet or exceed expectations.
* Ability to overcome challenges and keep work moving forward.
* Experience delegating to and developing junior team members.
* Collaborative approach, able to bring teams together and motivate others.
* Willingness to provide and receive constructive, timely feedback.
