Your key responsibilities as a Aviation Finance Director
As a Director in the Financial Services team, you'll help support clients in navigating complex tax and wider business challenges, from strategy through to execution. You'll lead and manage a diverse, evolving client portfolio, while staying at the forefront of new legislation, regulatory changes, and Irish, EU, and OECD tax developments.

You'll also play a key role in building and strengthening client relationships, enhancing your market profile, and identifying opportunities to grow and win new business.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with 10+ years experience in Tax consulting, ideally AITI/CTA qualified (or qualified by experience), and a strong academic background in accounting, economics, finance or law.

You'll bring strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities that drive growth within Financial Services and the wider firm. You'll be a creative thinker, able to develop innovative solutions, while also demonstrating strong judgment and the ability to coach, support, and inspire others to reach their full potential.
