A global market‑leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Global Share Schemes Senior Associate to join its national team. The role can be based in any of their UK offices however London or Reading would be a preference. Hybrid working is on offer with a rare one day a week in the office expected on a regular basis.
The organisation operates globally and supports multinational clients with cross‑border compliance and risk management across tax, reward, immigration, business travel and remote working. As a specialist business in this space, it offers a rare opportunity to work in a highly focused, international environment with exposure to complex and high‑profile global programmes.
The Role
This role will play a key part in advising and supporting clients on the operation and compliance of global employee share schemes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver practical, compliant and commercially focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on global employee share schemes, including stock options, RSUs and performance‑based awards
* Supporting tax and compliance considerations for cross‑border share plans
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
* Using share scheme administration platforms and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Collaborating closely with payroll, mobility and reward teams
* Reviewing work and mentoring junior team members
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven tax experience working with global share plans and cross‑border compensation arrangements
* Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
* Confident working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
* Hands‑on approach with the ability to review output and coach others
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
