Key Responsibilities

* Lead Real Estate Transaction Tax Advisory - Advise RE funds, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, developers, and REITs on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, recapitalisations, and restructurings.
* Oversee Real Estate Due Diligence - Lead buy‑side and sell‑side diligence across single‑asset and multi‑asset portfolios, identifying tax risks, structuring opportunities, and value levers.
* Drive AI‑Enabled Delivery - Use the firm's proprietary AI tools to enhance diligence, modelling, and structuring efficiency.
* Market Engagement - Build relationships with RE deal teams, fund managers, corporate developers, and law firms to originate and convert opportunities.
* Team Leadership - Coach and develop a growing team of Managers and junior staff.
* Technical Excellence - Provide authoritative guidance on UK RE tax, fund structures, international tax, financing, and REIT regimes.
* Cross‑Service Collaboration - Work closely with Transaction Services, Valuations, Modelling, Legal, and Consulting teams on integrated deal solutions.
