Clark Wood are recruiting for a Personal Tax Semi Senior to join a highly regarded independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Cheltenham.
This role would suit a Personal Tax Assistant, Tax Semi Senior or ATT studier looking to develop their career within a successful Private Client Tax team.
The Role
- Preparing Self Assessment tax returns for individuals, directors, landlords and sole traders
- Assisting with a portfolio of private clients
- Preparing Capital Gains Tax calculations
- Supporting with Inheritance Tax and estate administration
- Dealing with HMRC and client queries
- Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
- Ensuring all tax compliance deadlines are met
The Person
- Previous Personal Tax experience within an accountancy practice
- Experience preparing Self Assessment tax returns
- ATT qualified, part-qualified, studying ATT/CTA or QBE
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Keen to develop a career in Private Client Tax
