Are you an established Private Client Tax Director ready for Partnership, or an existing Partner seeking a stronger platform, high-quality clients and genuine growth opportunities?
We are partnering with a highly regarded and ambitious advisory firm looking to appoint a senior Private Client Tax leader to play a key role in the next phase of the practice's growth. This opportunity offers an existing portfolio of clients from day one, whilst also providing the autonomy and support to develop your own client base and shape the future direction of the service offering.
The team advises an impressive client base of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurial families, business owners, private equity principals and international clients on a broad range of complex tax and wealth planning matters.
The Opportunity
This is a strategically important appointment and would suit either:

* An existing Private Client Tax Partner seeking a fresh platform
* A Director or Associate Partner with a strong advisory reputation looking to step into Partnership
* A senior private client specialist with genuine business development credentials and a desire to lead and grow a practice
You will inherit an established portfolio whilst helping drive continued expansion across the South East and London markets.
The Client Base
You will advise a sophisticated range of clients including:

* Ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
* Entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses
* Family offices
* Private equity executives and fund principals
* International individuals relocating to or investing in the UK
* Trusts and family wealth structures
Key Areas of Advice
The role centres on high-value advisory work, including:

* Succession and estate planning
* Inheritance tax planning
* Wealth preservation strategies
* Family investment structures
* Trust planning and advisory
* International private client tax issues
* Residence and domicile matters
* Capital gains tax planning
* Business succession and exit planning
* Tax advisory support for entrepreneurs and private equity professionals
What We're Looking For
The successful individual is likely to demonstrate:

* Significant experience within a senior private client tax role
* Current Partner, Director or equivalent standing
* CTA, ACA and/or STEP qualifications
* Outstanding technical expertise across UK private client taxation
* Experience advising UHNW and internationally mobile clients
* Strong commercial instincts and relationship management skills
* A proven track record of winning and developing work
* The ability to identify and cultivate referral relationships
* Experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who combines technical excellence with a genuine appetite for business development and practice growth.
