Mixed Tax Manager
£50,000 to £60,000
Clark Wood are recruiting for an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing accountancy practice.
This role would suit a Tax Manager, Assistant Tax Manager or experienced Tax Senior looking to progress their career.
You’ll manage a varied portfolio of corporate, owner-managed and private clients, covering tax compliance, planning and advisory work.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of corporate, OMB and private clients
- Preparing and reviewing Corporation Tax and Personal Tax returns
- Providing tax planning and advisory support
- Advising HNWIs on Inheritance Tax, trusts and estate planning
- Dealing with HMRC enquiries and investigations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working with Partners on complex tax assignments
- Reviewing work and supporting junior team members
About You
- CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified or QBE
- Strong UK accountancy practice experience
- Previous Tax Manager or senior-level experience
- Good technical knowledge across tax compliance and advisory
- Experience managing your own client portfolio
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Commercial and proactive approach
